We want you to feel confident and supported in every Labella Pamela purchase. Since our garments are produced in small batches and with intentional care, we kindly ask that you review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags must be attached.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items.
- Worn, washed, or altered garments.

Exchanges
If available, we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size of the same style.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hello@labellapamela.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
